When Terri first created Salty Oats, she realized that the only way to sustain the quality of each cookie was to stay true to their handmade roots. Each batch is mixed and scooped by hand; every cookie is perfectly salted by hand; then each cookie is packaged and boxed, you guessed it, by hand.

We're a small staff, but we all love to make (and yes, eat) Salty Oats. It's the love that makes each cookie so special.
